MakerList has been acquired!
Hey everyone,
It’s been a while!
I conceived of MakerList back in February as a newsletter for indie hackers. Each issue featured articles and case studies about founders who have grown their companies without taking any VC money. I hope, by employing the tactics in these articles, that this newsletter helped you build your own business.
After 21 issues, I’ve decided that it’s time to move on. So today, I have some exciting news to share: MakerList has been acquired by Alternative Assets!
What is Alternative Assets?
Alternative Assets is a weekly newsletter run by Stefan von Imhof. Stefan is a fellow bootstrapper and indie hacker who writes about a different alternative asset each week.
Check out some of his issues:
The World of Newsletter Acquisitions (so meta!)
It’s a fantastic newsletter. You’ll love it.
What does this mean for you?
Over the coming weeks, Stefan will be folding MakerList into Alternative Assets. This means you’ll continue getting a newsletter, but from Stefan instead.
Of course, if you’d prefer not to receive a newsletter anymore, you can always unsubscribe at any time.
As for me, I’ll be focusing my efforts on other projects. If you’d like to stay up to date with what I’m up to, I’d recommend following me on Twitter. I’ve got some exciting stuff in the works.
Til next time ✌
